Benefits of being at a healthy weight

Not looking forward to getting weighed tomorrow. I know it will be up. And even though our dietician won't tell us that it's up I will know. I can tell. It's obvious. I had nothing in my system the other day and now I'm full of food.
SO UNCOMFORTABLE :(
So I figured I could write, even though nobody's reading, about the benefits of gaining weight.
1. Feeling better overall - not being dizzy and weak and exhausted, being able to walk up the stairs and walk a block without feeling like I'm going to fall over. Even just the past couple days I've felt a huge difference. More energy, not as conked out.
2. Fitting into my clothes again - they are hanging off me right now, and I'm not going to buy clothes in the size I am now. Once I get back to my healthy weight they will fit again.
3. I can get back to doing the things I love - working with my preschool kiddos. If I can get my weight up and stay there, it is a privilege I will gain back.
4. Being able to work out! I enjoy running and swimming and playing basketball and right now I can't even walk a block to therapy. I look forward to the day I can strap on my running shoes.
5. Bone health - right now my bones are deteriorating. When I am healthy I can know that my bones will be ok.
6. Hair will stop following out in clumps. I have a lot of hair, but it's falling out and I don't want to be bald.

I'm sure there are PLENTY more reasons to gain weight and then maintain.
Anyone have any other benefits?
