Bouncing back after a slip up

It's hard to bounce back after a slip up. It's easy to just give up, say "I've already messed up, why even try the rest of the day??"
Well slip ups are part of recovery, part of the process.
Don't give up because of a slip, keep fighting! Pick yourself back up, and continue with your day, doing what is healthy.

Do something that is healthy - get back to your meal plan and make up whatever you didn't eat, or if you purged drink to stay hydrated, and maybe replace what you lost. Go for a slow walk to clear your mind, take a bubble bath, write in your journal, call a friend...

Just don't give up on yourself.
Keep fighting, no matter what.
