Meals today

Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana, almonds, toast with cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar

Snack: Fiber cereal, raisins, string cheese

Lunch: Turkey sub sandwich, carrots, apple slices

Snack: Apple, pretzels, string cheese, almonds

Dinner: Cheesy pasta with asparagus and broccoli

Snack: PB banana sandwich with honey and a tea latte :)
