Breakfast!

We all have heard that breakfast is the "most important meal of the day." While all meals are important, breakfast is definitely worth talking about! It starts off your day with the nutrients that you body needs, gives you fuel and energy for the day, helps you focus, and it tastes delicious! There are so many options. So before leaving the house, grab yourself a healthy, balanced breakfast. And coffee too if you like it :)
