I had breakfast and I am still hungry and it is freaking me out a little bit! All I want to do is eat! Do I listen to my body? is it physical or emotional?? I don't know! That's the problem. I can't tell if I'm physically hungry or just feeling anxious or needing to fill an emotion.
This morning I am taking the bus to school to pick up a project and turn in some extra credit. I am worried about my project… hopefully I did ok. I don't know why I'm so worried, but this teacher is pretty tough. I have an A in my class and this project will influence that grade. Worried!!
Breakfast was two multigrain waffles, veggie sausage, egg white omelette, and berries. Mmmm
