Good morning! It's Tuesday. Nothing too exciting happens on Tuesday, just groups and school. But I'm glad it's a new day. Today will be day 5 of no behaviors and I'm feeling pretty good about that. I don't even have urges really! And I woke up feeling refreshed. Had kind of a hard time with clothes this morning but all girls do I think. It's just one of those annoying things. Some days I wish I just had a uniform to wear!! Then I wouldn't have to tear through my clothes for 20 minutes only to wear the outfit I initially picked out haha. Oh the fun of clothes.
This morning I have group and then I see my therapist. I'm hoping to ask her for less staff supervision (I have a lot right now) and work on some stuff regarding my sister so I can rejoin family session this week. I'm willing to work. Sister stuff is hard though.
Just another day. Have a nice Tuesday!
