Food today

I thought I'd share my healthy day of food!

Breakfast:
Bran muffin, egg white omelette, mixed berries, and coffee with soy milk

Snack:
Kashi golean crunch with berries and soy milk

Lunch:
Rice noodle bowl with tofu, pear

Snack: Apple and pumpkin spice pumpkin seeds

Dinner: chik patty, garlic bread, steamed carrots

Snack: Blueberry cream oatmeal, banana
