Pros:
Not being caught off guard if I get weighed
Having a sense of reality about my weight
Being OK with knowing my weight and dealing with the knowledge in a healthy way
Knowing my body
Cons:
Potentially freaking out
Starting to restrict again
Not feeling safe in my body
Being angry
Being afraid
Feeling ashamed
I want to know. I want to be prepared though. I'm going to get weighed now. Will report later!
