Breakfast accomplished

Yesterday was an ok day. Not perfect. But definitely better than previous days. I didn't do so well in the middle of the day, but breakfast, afternoon snack, dinner, and night snack were a success!! I feel pretty proud that it was a better day. I really needed that.

I'm hoping today can be an even better day. I had breakfast and it was super yummy... Greek yogurt with berries (lots of berries!) and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. Tasted really good and I'll admit I kind of wanted more! But I'm sipping my coffee and will wait until snack:

It's silly... Tomorrow I get weighed and I'm panicking a little. But today will be a good day. I will eat everything my body needs and keep it down. I'll try my best. I know I can do this I've done it before.
