1. Get back to your eating schedule/meal plan. Follow it to a tee. Don't use this recovery period as a time to try out intuitive eating. Follow your plan.
2. Ask for support: ask a friend, a parent, someone so you're not in this alone. I have peers I live with to support me.
3. Make a plan. I am staying out of my room and bathroom an hour after meals. It's annoying but it will help me get back on track.
4. Rest and get good sleep. Allow your body to heal. You need plenty of rest to get over being sick.
