Game plan

I had a really good session with my therapist this morning. We made a game plan so that I can get back on track with my eating. I am going to have staff support after meals instead of before so that I have someone for accountability. I am going to do an automatic thought record form (ATR) before and after dinner to ground and gain perspective and think about what's going on in my mind. I am going to read affirmations before eating and I am going to write a "looking forward to" list every night after dinner. I am also going to email my dietician to check in every night and track my progress.

I am scared but ready to turn things around. Breakfast was not successful. But lunch can be. And so can snack and dinner and my night snack. I can do this!! I am not alone. I have a team on my side who are rooting for me

Lunch is going to be breakfast for lunch :) waffles, eggs, and veggie sausage. And I am going to keep it down, no excuses!! I can do this.
