I am turning things around TODAY. There are no exceptions, no excuses. I am bringing my breakfast to school and I will eat it and keep it down. It's delicious! Overnight oats with peanut butter and craisins. It will taste great and I will keep it down. No excuses. No nonsense. And snack will be a granola bar. I can totally do this.
I will distract distract distract. I will stay AWAY from the bathroom. I am completely, 100% capable of eating and keeping it down. The first few days will be hard… bloating, stomach aches, reflux. But after that it WILL get easier. I just have to get there. No residential, no treatment, no dropping out of school. I AM DOING THIS.
