I am not my weight.
The number on the scale is just a number. That's it.
It doesn't reflect that I'm smart or funny or kind.
It doesn't tell the world who I am.
It is a number
My gravitational pull toward the earth.
This number should not control me.
It should not make me feel that I don't deserve to eat.
It should not lead me to purge.
It should not tell me that I don't deserve ice cream and treats
It should not tell me that I'm good or bad.
It should not tell me that I am a success or that I am a failure.
It is a number. Little squiggles on paper.
Insignificant.
Doesn't matter.
Unimportant.
I am not a number.
My weight does not define me.
You are not a number.
Your weight does not define you.
You are beautiful no matter what you weigh.
You are not a number.
