A treat each day


So I talked to my dietician about wanting to include candy in my meal plan... Her concern was that candy doesn't have the nutritional value of other foods. So the solution.... Add a little bit of candy to my day withoutvit counting for anything!! Scary but exciting.

So far I've bought one of my favorite candies ever, trolli peach rings. They are my favorite candy and I used to love Eating a whole bag of them!! So far I've added one peach ring for the past couple days, sucked on it and really enjoyed it :) maybe tomorrow I will have two, who knows?
