My meal plan today

I thought I'd share my meal plan from today. I will admit I cut a few corners, but not too badly.

Breakfast: 1 packet of oatmeal made with soy milk, with blueberries and almonds

Snack: Fiber one cereal, 1/2 banana, and string cheese

Lunch: Grilled cheese (made with butter EEK), tomato soup, spinach salad, and grapes

Snack: rice crackers, grapes, and string cheese

Dinner: Chicken parmesan, spaghetti, and zucchini

Snack: BIG frozen yogurt with banana and almonds

What did you eat today? Anything tasty? Any treats?
