1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 large can of tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
2 russet potatoes
3-4 carrots
Pepper
Bay leaf
Pinch of cloves
dash of cinnamon
Water, stock, or red wine
Brown the garlic and onion in olive oil, add veggie meat
Add in all the other ingredients and let simmer for an hour
That's it! Healthy and delicious :)
Serve with rice, faro, barley, couscous, some kind of grain.
