Breakfast

The best part of my morning is my delicious soy latte that I make. Soy milk, coffee, and lots of Splenda :)

Breakfast this morning is waffles (with butter and syrup), veggie sausage, and fruit.
I catch myself calorie counting all the time and I really need to stop. It just isn't healthy. 
I NEED to stop calorie counting. It just sets me back. Working on it.
